Integrated Fire Suppression System
The ventless fryer comes equipped with an integrated (Ansul R-102) fire suppression system. The unit is ready for the final charging and testing to be performed on-site by an authorized Ansul distributor.

Ventless Hood System

The fryer is disabled when the filters are saturated to the point of insufficient airflow, and/or the filters or grease baffle are removed. A spare set of filters are recommended to be in the store to avoid prolonged down time.
