Resfab’s original food equipment products were frozen
yogurt machines and ice cream flavor injectors,
an area where Resfab has become a worldwide leader. Following
which, Resfab sold its original fryers and rotisseries to
independent foodservice operators and foodservice equipment
dealers.
A pursuit to develop a “world-class” rotisserie and chicken
fryer started in 1999, culminating in the development of
Resfab’s state-of-the-art line of rotisseries and chicken
fryers. Resfab’s focus on the Retail Food Industry
started in 2005, having primarily serviced for over 20 years dairy bars and
chicken restaurants. Resfab recognizes
the importance supporting our customers, and subsequently most
of our efforts over the last 24 months have focused on building
a strong service and support team as well as product
engineering.
