Mitch Kastner, V.P. Sales & Corporate Development:

In addition to being a CFSP, and HACCP and ServeSafe trained, Mitch Kastner brings over 20 years of food-service experience to the table.  As a partner in Hardt Equipment (a rotisserie and combi-steamer manufacturer) from 1988-1999, Mitch has always been 100% customer focused. Instrumental in developing Hardt’s customer care initiatives, and the overall quality of their food programs, Mitch has worked very closely with such retailers as Costco, Sam’s Club, IGA, Loblaw’s, Stew Leonard’s, A & P, KFC, Golden Corral and McDonalds.

Vicki Janus, National Sales Manager:

In addition to spearheading Resfab’s national sales and marketing efforts, Vicki is responsible for managing all National Accounts.  A certified HACCP professional with 25+ years in similar positions with companies like Alto Shaam, Henny Penny and a Giles distributor (in FL), Vicki’s knowledge of retail foodservice and deli operations is unchallenged.  Having worked closely with such chains as Food Lion, Bi-Lo, Wal-Mart, Tom Thumb, Bruno’s and Winn Dixie (to name a few), Vicki understands the dynamics of bringing people (staff), equipment and food together to create the successful, profitable programs for  Resfab’s customers.

Linda Barwick, Sales Coordinator:

With 20+ years in the industry, working with major manufacturers such as Alto-Shaam , Giles, Hardt, Federal and Royston Cabinets, to name a few, Linda brings customer service expertise, as well as service team management to enhance our US Sales Office staff.  Having worked directly with such supermarket chains as Publix, Winn-Dixie, Food Lion and Bi-Lo along with convenience store chains such as 7-Eleven, Big-Little Stores, Handy Way Foods, and Gate Petroleum, to oversee sales orders, equipment delivery and all service related activities, she understands the importance and logistics of prompt and efficient management of these key areas that are vital to the customer.

Khiem Tran, Director of Product Development:

Resfab prides itself on the quality and overall design of its equipment.  As a Design Engineer, Khiem spearheads Resfab’s Engineering Team, assuring that Resfab’s fryers and rotisseries are user friendly, produce excellent food products, and easy to clean and maintain.

Yves Audet, Production Manager:

Quality control and timely deliveries are key to satisfying our customers’ needs.  Yves is an Industrial Engineer with an eye for detail.  He is responsible for making certain that Resfab’s production runs smoothly and that all items are tested prior to shipping.
